Policies & Procedures

There is a two-night minimum stay on weekend nights from April-October. 

Three-night minimum stay on festival weekends. 

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time your reservation is made with a credit card.  The balance may be paid in cash, check or credit card at check in.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for festival weekends.

If cancelling a reservation less than 7 days prior to your stay, or 14 days prior to festival weekends, the credit card on file will be charged for one night. Cancellations must be made by phone.

No shows will be charged for the entire length of reservation. 

Check in after 2:00 P.M.  

Check out at 10:00 A.M.

No pets!

No smoking! 

We welcome children 10 and older.
